there is something to be said for recruting the more mature candidate when hiring staff (secretary, business analyst) to work in your office, in this case i always see that a more mature girl will want to look good in her dress code to work, and that usually means wearing hosiery namely pantyhose, tights or stockings.

I love to see a woman at the office wearing a pencil skirt or even a short skirt with sexy opaque pantyhose like this secretary is wearing with a pair of very high stiletto spike high heels that finish the office uniform off just splendidly.
